April 2010 - changethreesixty's first exhibition at Project Challenge Spring Show 2010 saw a large number of visitors and an enthusiastic reception to Martin Taylor's seminar on how to deliver effective change illustrated with case studies from West Midlands Police. April 2010 - Surveys published in CIMA's Excellence in Leadership revealed that the top three challenges for senior managers are currently revenue growth, cost control and managing change and that the three most significant drivers of change are increased competition, advances in IT and increased risk and uncertainty.

March 2010 - In their special report on changethreesixty's mobile technology project in West Midlands Police, the BAPCO Journal of the British association for professionals in public safety, recognises the importance of getting the end-user on board and the success of the trials in gaining officer feedback. January 2010 - In a survey conducted by BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, of IT decision makers and their corporate clients, business change and strategy and planning were chosen as the top two business issues to be tackled this year to enable IT departments to best support their organisations. December 2009 - We are managing the key CONFIDENTIAL Infrastructure Project at West Midlands Police. This is part of a national NPIA initiative for all forces to securely share sensitive information. See Policing case studies.

October 2009 - Dave Edwards joins the changethreesixty team as Change Manager. With over 15 years experience in ICT project management, Dave will be working on the introduction of mobile information for UK police forces.
